Oliver Mcgowan Face to Face Training

Oliver MCGowan Mandatory Tier 2 Training

The Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training on Learning Disability and Autism, named after Oliver McGowan, is vital for all health and social care professionals in the UK. Oliver’s tragic death highlighted the urgent need for improved training in this area.

Why is the Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training Essential?

The Health and Care Act 2022 made this training a legal requirement for regulated service providers. It’s the government’s preferred training, designed to equip staff with the knowledge and skills to provide high-quality care for individuals with learning disabilities and autism. This training also aligns with the NHS Long Term Workforce Plan, aiming to reduce health inequalities by ensuring everyone receives appropriate care.

Do you offer discounts for booking multiple sessions?

Yes! We understand the need for ongoing training and development. If you are interested in booking multiple sessions, please contact us directly to discuss discounted rates. We are happy to create a tailored package to meet your organization’s specific needs.

Can I book individual seats instead of a full session?

Yes, we understand the challenges faced by small teams, especially when not everyone can attend training at the same time due to various commitments, including care responsibilities. We offer flexible options to accommodate your needs and ensure everyone has the opportunity to participate without burdening your company with the cost of multiple full-day bookings.

For teams facing scheduling constraints, we offer the option to purchase a bulk number of seats upfront. These seats can then be used flexibly within a 6-month period, allowing your team members to attend training at different times as their schedules permit. This staggered approach ensures everyone receives the necessary training without disrupting their other commitments.

We also provide training at fixed locations in the South East of England at the moment. You can see all our current locations on our website. More locations across the UK will be available soon. The price per individual seat varies depending on the specific session, available capacity, and the training location.

Contact us to discuss the best options for your team, whether it’s individual seats, bulk purchases, or training at one of our fixed locations. We’re happy to help you find the most cost-effective and convenient solution that meets your team’s needs and constraints.
