Have you checked you have entered all your card details correctly. sometimes Verified Visa or MasterCard will ask for security codes make sure you have got it right. If you have done all and is not working give us a call on 0203 291 3743 and we can check from our end that it's not anise from our end.

If we have a promotion running and coupons have been issued out. you can enter the code when you get to the checkout page and by doing so you can redeem the coupon.

Making Courses

Login into your account under our platform and go to your profile and from there you can change your account name.
Send us an email and let us know you want to unsubscribe and we will take you from the system

Missing mobile purchase
If you purchased a course on iOS or Android, it's possible that the course was not registered to your account. Please email your purchase receipt to info@unicaresupport.com.
